Something New! Bantu Knots! 

My first Bantu Knot experience was very exciting because so far in my journey, I really don’t style my Locs so it felt great to be doing something different.

In my mind I envisioned my hair having a wave look but the curls came out very tight which created a short curly afro look. 

It was nice because I miss my afro!! So, it was a bit refreshing to have the curls. 

Over a couple days the curls loosened up and I eventually got to the wavy look I imagined.

I am looking forward to doing more Bantu Knots as my Locs continue to grow and get fuller 😊
